Will my children still be able to talk to Santa?

Yes, there will still be a portion of the visit, after photos, where they can tell Santa what they want for Christmas or have a short chat. Pre packaged candy cane included.

Can my dog have a picture with Santa?
Yes, as long as you have them on a leash or in a carrier, and take them out to go to the bathroom before you enter. All other pets, same rules apply.

How long is a session?

At Everett Santa, we pride ourselves on the experience and we don't believe in rushing the process. All sessions are allotted 10 minutes, and the timer starts from the second your appointment time is on the clock. (If you show up late, or have a delay in your check-in and your appointment time has already started, we cannot extend the appointment.) We recommend showing up 5-7 mins early for check-in just as you would for a doctors appointment.

What Covid-19 measures have you implemented for the safety of the public?

We have implemented a number of Covid-19 guidelines to ensure safety for everyone involved. Please visit our Covid-19 page here to review all safety measures.

How/when will we receive our photos this year?

All images will be emailed to you, using the email address that you designated for your appointmen. Please allow 24-48 hrs for editing and upload.

How long do you keep our client images?

We only hold photos for 4 days, we wipe our hard drives. All images will be emailed to you after your session

Do we have to wear a mask for our photos?

You have to wear a mask to enter the Everett Santa Photos studio.

No, you don't have to wear it when your photo is being taken.

What if our baby does not sit up on their own yet?

Unfortunately Santa wont be holding children this year. We recommend that you bring a baby carrier or car seat to put the baby in. To dress up the car seat, we recommend bringing your own large decorative blanket to drape over the carrier.

You or a member of your family could also hold smaller children as well.

Can we add a gratuity or upgrade our purchase at time of session?

Yes, if our schedule allows, we have touch free methods for payment if you wish to upgrade as well as a virtual tip jar. Venmo is @EverettSanta2020

What if we have to Cancel our appointment?

If you cancel with less than 48 hrs notice, or no-show you will not receive a refund for your payment. Reschedules must be made with in 48hrs of your appointment in order to avoid being charged in full for your service.
Any time a client does one of the following, it is a hit to our small business, and a potential spot where another family would've gladly taken the appointment. Please be respectful of our time and efforts.

If you are cancelling due to a positive covid-19 test, you will be asked to provide a negative test upon rescheduling for the safety of our staff and guests.
